Caruso liked to draw Kaiser Wilhelm II, and two examples can be found in Dover's "Caruso's Caricatures" on page 195. We judge that our example dates from about 1913. The drawing was repaired at the top (where it was weakened by a fold, otherwise this is in quite good condition.
